18x10 with 6.50 backspacing aka +25 offset

Ive seen a couple post say it would fit. I have a duster with a early model b body rear that is about 1 3/8 longer on each side. I want to know if I can fit an 18x10 with 6.5 back spacing and a 28in tire? Or will I need to move the springs in? Thank you.

That or a 275-45-18 even though its a tad smaller I think 285-50-18 is easier to find.

I think it will clear the springs but may be close the lips.
