Need rear wheel backspacing suggestions for 65 valiant with mini tubs and inboard spring kit

Thats an epic fitment, obviously tubbed but did you also have to do work to the outer side of the tub as i am finding that to tuck like you have my rubber will hit the outer side of the tub as it steps in from the quarter panel.
However i am only using a 275 on a 8.5inch rim with shortened diff and spring offsets

Just trimming the quarter fender lip. Nothing outside that. Car is not finished I may need to lift it a little bit once it is finished. It clears great right now.

With the 17x8 with 5.5” backspacing I have plenty clearance.

These are 245 drag radials and I could easily fit a 27x10.5 tire, but my leaf springs are moved inward.

The front rims are 17x5’s, 2.5” backspacing. Tires are MT ET Series 26x6

Billet Specialties Street Lite rims and yes they are very light
