[WANTED] 1950 chrylser rear drum

I just looked it up, Hollander lists the hub and the drum as separate pieces instead of an assembly so you have a double issue to work with to get the correct part. Do you have a 4 1/2" or a 5 1/2" bolt pattern? 6 cylinder or a V8 car?

What questions did Bud's ask you?

I found another section in one of my Hollanders that list the hub and drum assembly.

As an assembly this is what I show.
Chrysler 1950 to 1953 6 cylinder 6 passenger
1951 to 1953 Chrysler V8 C55, 56.

As a rear drum and hub assembly this is all that fits, Chrysler 1950 to 1953 6 cylinder 6 passenger and 1951 to 1953 Chrysler V8 C55, 56.

Are you needing an assembly or do you just need a single hub or single drum? There is another possibility of a separate part.

In that case the drum itself fits all four wheels. The OEM number is 1318938. That would be assuming your car has the original rear end.

Have you contacted these people yet? You would need to verify sizes but they are showing it used in stock.

the center sticks out more where the guy grinded off the revits it fell thur

You wont find it. Their stock number for the car is F11001 and it is on a 1951 Brake, Rear(Rotor/Drum)Chrysler.

Let me know if this works out.

wow. hopefully okcarcollecters tip will lead to the right part. the cranbrookes had a smaller drum, appeared to be under 10 inch inside diameter. local yard here had another fifties car, a plymouth, but its rear drum was gone and was 11 in.

Yep its gonna have to be a Chrysler

It should be flagged in their computer to where only they can see it.


As of this minute I am out of suggestions.
The two yards that had those cars near me shut down in crushed everything a couple years ago.
I am afraid the high price of scrap took a lot of these cars out of the supply chain.
