1962 K member to 1961 K member

Can anyone give me any heads-up on installing a 1962 Lancer K member into a 1961 Lancer.The 62 version looks to be more substantial than the '61 and the '62 steering box mounts to the K member as opposed to the '61 that mounts the left-side frame rail.Any insight on this conversion would be greatly appreciated.
