1964 barracuda help needed

i bought torsion bar splash shields and starter/auto linkage splash shields from detroit muscle technology and have no idea where to attach them if someone could share pictures of where to attach them i would appreciate it the car is one my wife and i double dated in 52 years ago thank in advance

Below and to the rear of front bumper brackets you should find two holes in the frame rails for the spring clips to hold the torsion bar splash shields.
