This is not your typical 4 door sedan. This Dart is powered by a 225 with two 1bbls (Holley Model 1920's) on an Offenhouser intake. The 225 is a 1963 (yellow paint) motor with all dimensions stock. The Exhaust is 'Dutra' Duals. Also equipped with Mopar Cruise Control and A/C (Sanden Compressor) using R134. The 225 has the original valve cover which was chromed and also two chrome air cleaners for a little bling. The Radiator is a Glen-Ray piece with a steel shroud. The driveshaft has been upgraded to a cross/roller type instead of the trunion. The rear axle is an 8 3/4 unit with 3:23 (open) gears. Wheels are small bolt Rallys.
The interior has been redone in the original red vinyl with cloth inserts. All dash plastic has been also replaced with refurbished pieces. The steering wheel has also been refurbished. The Original radio has been converted to AM/FM with rear seat speakers added. Windows have been tinted with tha rear glass darker than the front.
One repaint in the late 90's with the engine bay reshot 2 years ago.
The car comes with extra sheet metal to include rear quarters/doors/ hood and 2 sets of front fenders also have a LOT of miscellaneous pieces, all of which came from a CA car that was rear eneded. Also have the original 170 motor and a long ago rebuilt 904 that came from a closed dealership.
The Dart is loctaed in Northwest Ohio (Wauseon).
This is a very nice driver that has made numerous trips to the Mopar Nationals. Mileage is respectable (low 20's).
All of this for the asking price of 12,500.00.
Pics are available upon request. I not computer savy enough to post.
Please PM with inquiries.
Thanks for your time.:coffee2:
