1964 Dodge Dart - $650 (sonoma)

i have a 1964 dodge dart 270 that is good for parts or restoration
car has a running 225 slant six engine. 3 speed pushbutton trasnmission. power steering
it has been non-oped since 1999 so no back fees. clean tittle, it has the original black and yellow california plates.
the right rear quarter pannel is rusted, the driver and passenger floorboards are rusted.brakes are not the best, they work but need to be bled
it needs restoration or would be great for parts, i need money for school so my project has to go
im asking 650 or best offer
