Having trouble installing the window seal at the rear quarter window area. The seal has the same form all the way around but the trim piece is completely different. Is it a separate piece? See pics below.

I believe the felt and steel is one piece.

Yes. That’s the outside piece. What goes on the inside? See the track in the pic.
