1965 Barracuda 904 trans dipstick length

Hi folks,

I am missing the transmission dipstick for my '65 Cuda with a 904 trans and 273 engine, all stock. I have a spare stick but from a much newer car and the markings are probably not at the correct spot and length is probably wrong too.

Can anyone tell me how long the dipstick should be and how far down the markings are from the cap near the handle? Or is there some other way to know how to mark the dipstick.

The 273/904 dipstick is 21 5/8 inches in length. 16 1/4 inches down to the Full mark. I probably have one if you need. PM me.
