question: I have a jack like this and it works perfectly on my 65 cuda, BUT wasn't jacks of that ear the " solid tee post" ?????? not trying to booger a sale, just wondering if someone knew for sure.

it is from 2013, but to answer the question, they had the trapezoidal tube like shown in 1965 for the valiant/barracuda as I have had numerous.
