1965 Dodge Dart 4 door

I do not knwo what the part is called. I bought this car for my son, it is in good condition we are trying to fix a few things and are running into alot of walls.

there is a crome piece that wraps the head lights almost like glasses. It wraps then goes down across the front of the vehicle. this piece is damaged and needs replaced. does anyone know where I can get another what it is called? the part number? anything. I am not a car person my son and I are learning together. any help at all would be great. thank you!

Those parts are commonly refered to as "candy cane" moldings. They are available as reproduction pieces from us here at Layson's Restorations.
