1965 valiant front fender removal

Ok, so ive looked at my manual and attempted to locate all the bolts but i havent started removing anything yet because i dont want to get into it and screw something up.
1) do. Need to remove the bumper to get the fenders off
2) are the fenders pinch welded to anything

I will try to load a pic of my valiant but someone else had said they thought it was a different year and model than the title says

Not sure if you HAVE to remove bumper, I would think it probably does but you can remove the bumper with the mounting brackets rather easily by removing four bolts where it is attached to frame rails.
There are no welds so the fender will come off but it will have the head light bucket welded to it.
I think your '65 has a '66 front clip ( fenders, hood & grill ) if I remember correctly.
