What a great story, sounds like your car is very deserving of this restoration!

Got the upper ball joints off...one easily, the other took a 4 foot cheater bar on my 3 foot breaker bar. Now a little surgical use of a saws-all and the frozen cam bolts will be out. Update, end of the week.

Dropped the Cam, lifters and springs at the Engine shop. got some pics.

Top end, this was the worst cylinder before boring.

Pretty new pistons... the pin fit in the rods are almost too good to be true.
