1966 Barracuda Rear Trim

Hi guys, i have 66 Barracuda and i am wondering about the rear trim where the fish is. Is it supposed to be surrounder by a blu background. There is a guy on ebay selling item # 150427039576 that has them. I just want to know if the background is actually suposed to be blue as mine is not. Any info or pics of yours would be great.

The fish is surrounded by blue as well as the grille fish.

cosgig,is correct my 66 is black also,i'm the 2nd owner the 1st.owner purchased the car new,so it is origninal.
