1966 Dart Gt hood trim install help

The trim on the front of my hood came off and I don’t know how to reinstall the trim and spring clips. Anyone able to walk me through it?

It's held on with stamped nuts on the back side. It's pretty self-explanatory when you look at it.

The clips are spring loaded they clip in a channel in the back of the trim piece, not sure if yours is completely off if not it may be hard to attach one clip without removing the entire piece. It is held to the hood with nuts you can reach on the underside of the hood. I had a hard time finding new clips but I can probably find the supplier I used. Let me know.

this should help go to 5 minutes 36 seconds. different car but same clips as i used no my 66 hood.
