1966 Plymouth Valiant, Custom 200, 2dr htp with 225 Super Slant Six & 904 3spd Automatic. Car is all original with exception of new upholstery on seats and rear dash. I am the third owner of this sweet little Valiant and it has only 95000 original miles on it. Car is used daily as my driver but need to sell (regretfully due to purchasing a very sweet '66 Signet) Repairs/work just done include new carb, new distributor, cap, rotor, fuel pump, plug wires, plugs, fuel filter, timing chain and gear set, valve cover gasket & valve adjustment, new intake*exhaust manifold gaskets. Some new frost plugs, anti freeze, alt belt, lube, oil & filter. Past but recent repairs include new brake lines, wheel cylinders, dual master cylinder conversion, shoes, front bearings repacked or replaced as needed, new hub seals, new rear axle bearings/seals & diff oil. New transmission cooler lines, and various other minor things I just can't think of at the moment. Car does not use or leak oil and is super cheap & fun to drive. I have lowered it and it was ordered new with optional 14" wheels, heavy duty brakes and springs. Car has some minor rust on lower quarters and lower rear edge of front fenders, floor & trunk is mint. All original patina & paint. This is a very good example of an original survivor and great platform to finish restoration or convert into 340 sleeper. Fuel gauge is not working, I tested circuit to dash which does work, needs a new fuel sender unit. Car is located in Victoria, B.C. Canada and I'm asking $5500.00 o.b.o. Really hate to let this one go but you just can't keep them all,,,,,although we try too, right?
