Not sure if you have checked to see if Precision Replacement Parts?
Not trying to step on Rick's toes.

The only solution we currently offer for the '66 Valiant rear windshield weatherstrip is a two-piece "Roll Stock Extrusion Seal".....

GG-W45....Top seal – Backglass (use with #GG-W46).....$170.00

GG-W46....Bottom Seal – backglass (use with #GG-W45)......$170.00

These two parts are in stock and ready to ship.

To install, you would need to "miter" the corners and use gel-type super glue where the ends meet.

Thanks,
Rick

Rick this takes a locking strip correct? Is it the same strip as the front and does it allow for the chrome corner pieces?

It will accept the locking strip.

It is not the same as the front windshield gaskets. The front gasket would be a D625, a one piece seal.

You can use the four little corner clips.

We do recommend professional installation of the roll stock extrusion seals by a COMPETENT technician familiar with the older cars.

Rick, got the seals. I wanted to do it here so others can search in info for the future. What is the recommendation here? The bottom seal is just for the bottom edge and the miter is at the lower corners to transition into the upper seal for the two sides and top?

I just went and looked at Dave's 66 Valiant and you might very well have to miter the top corners as well in order to make it around the top.....
