Shouldnt there be lug nut covers on the caps?

Ok. Did they use chrome lug nuts and they stuck through? Disagree with my post but, dont offer an answer to the question.

No covers or caps, they ran the exposed chrome lug nuts, similar to how the 64-66 models had except the lug nuts were not as long. These are in great condition, very tough to find!

I'm not an expert at anything lol and all I know is I pulled them off the shelf....opened the box ....took pictures....looked them up .....and posted them for sale.....oh yeah I wiped them down with a wet rag....they are in awesome condition....i figured someone out there is doing a restoration and would love some like new hubcaps....I've got a bunch of em ....trying to find new homes for all of them.....
