1967 Barracuda back seat

Rear bench seat black-good shape $200 OBO
Also have some red(burgandy) toe kicks and black sunvisors

Can you please take a look at the sides by the hinges and tell me if there is somethoing on the rectangular rods that rotate when the lever is actuated? I think there should be some cams on the rods to move the lever buy neither of my seats have them. I have not been able to confirm.
