What I'm doing is making this a Street car now.
What it was,was a 10.7 et 128 mph pump gas street car.

Now I'm taking out the engine,trans and rear end.
Putting back in a mild 440
schumacher headers

284 Mopar cam
906 heads
Performer intake
Holley carb
Aluminum radiator
Stock electronic ignition
Comes with hood shown and stock hood not painted orange.
Have extra paint from when the car was painted

Rebuilt 727 trans
I have a stock a-body floor shifter that can go with car,not installed
2000 converter
Stock 8 3/4 rear end 3.91 gears
Disc brakes are off the rear and stock drums are back on

And bucket seats with new foam and covering
Installed by Apostery shop
New carpet is installed
No back seat

With those gears, that cam and that engine I'd bump up your choice of stalls to around 3000 RPM otherwise you'll be lugging her off the line. the Performer RPM will out pull the standard Performer also. All this and what you're doing should make her a hoot on the street.

Most use to big of converters.
The combo going into the GT works

4000 converter in the Womanator.
Seems to be working.

6 inch wheel lift 12 inch wheel drop.
Seems to be working.
Not bad for a non chassis car.
 
how much $$ with the good rear end but no engine or tranny ? ( we have a 426 w/ 4 speed to go in)
