1967 vs 1968 Barracuda Fan Shroud

Have a 1967 Barracuda with a 318 and no A/C.
WILL the 68-69 shroud fit this, realizing its not the exact same. I dont mind modifying slightly but otherwise will it bolt on and center on the fan??

Yes, I have the 68 V8 shroud on my original 67 V8 radiator.
As-is, no modifications.
