I am restoring a pair of '68 'Cuda 340-S Hood Emblems for a customer, and was wondering if any of you had a digital of a factory correct emblem? It seems as though everyone out there has his own opinion as to how these were originally detailed. I've got the correct textured argent paint, just am not quite sure where it all goes. The big area of discrepancy is the faux-bolt area. So far, my conclusion is ... Satin black groove around the outside, textured argent in the recessed 340-S center areas, faux-bolt heads satin black, and textured argent around the faux-bolt heads, in recesses. All else chrome.
