1968 727 Valve Body Interchange Question

I may be needing a Transmission Valve body and I am wondering which ones will interchange ? I have a Stock 1968 ,727 W/Small block. and looking for a Stock replacement. Thanks in advance.

Most any valve body '66 or older, as well as '79 and newer is a no-go for sure. IIWY, I would call A&A Trans or Coan and tell them what you are working on. Unless you are looking to just grab something out of the junkyard??
