Hey all! You've been a fantastic help but unfortunately with my means I can't restore this bad fish as I'd have liked to. This is a 318 automatic fastback 1968 Plymouth Barracuda. Interior is about all there in varying conditions. Exterior pieces are also about all there (missing gas cap/gas tank). Mechanically speaking it's missing a carburetor and I believe that's about it. Previous owner said the engine ran and that the transmission worked fine, but it could probably use a cleanout.
The good: has all of the stainless window trim/drip rail trim/etc. All glass is in great condition (No cracks or chips that I've noticed) and just about everything seems to be there besides the parts listed earlier. Comes with a second hood (one hood has rusty brackets, but a good hood itself, the other has good brackets but rusty hood) and both the 67 and 68 hood inserts. Also comes with a second deck/trunk lid as the previous one had a hack repair job (new one is rusty on the lip but repairable). Stainless trim is off of the car and will be included.
The bad: this car is most likely a parts car unless you're the ambitious type. Passenger floor pan is gone, drivers side has smaller rust holes. The trunk pan is rough and the body itself has had its fair share of dents and dings. The entire car is coated in a layer of por15 rust converter.
I myself am a college student with not enough time to sink into the body work necessary for this lovely fishy, but I hope one of you can either fix it up or piece it out so it can be an organ donor to keep many other fish swimming.
Looking to sell it for $3000 or best offer or trade for any two door mopar with a solid body/foundation to rebuild from (relatively straight and rust free), if there aren't any bites I'll probably part it out. Located in Oviedo, Florida 32765.
