1968 Dart Driver's Window Pin

Guys,

Trying to put the Windows back in the Drivers Side, and lost that $**# little blue pastic pin (I guess it's a locking pin) that holds the glass into the regulator arm. Does anyone know where I can buy one? Also, do you have any recommendations on any Silicon or other sealers that I should look to cushion the Glass against the regulator.
