Its in pretty good shape, no cuts or splices I could find. Wire still seems pretty flexible. No melt down of fuse box or bulkhead connector. Although fuse box blades need cleaned up. Two wires are yanked out of connector, so u would have to figure out what to do about those. One of them is the heavy black lead from alternator to ammeter, so if you're bypassing ammeter then that one wont matter.

Actually both yanked wires look like the to and from of the ammeter circuit, black and red. If you bypass its a non issue. Maybe someone did that at one point.
