For sale is a #2095219 starter. It's dated the 17th week (late April) of 1968. The two date codes on the starter are both dated 1968. No damage. I don't believe it's ever been rebuilt. Never been media blasted. Consider it a nice core to restore. $125 plus shipping.
I also have a #2098850 alternator. It's dated the 16th week (late April) of 1968. Both the front and back cases are dated 1968. Two groove pulley. I believe it's 46 amps. Doesn't appear to have ever been rebuilt. No damage. Never been media blasted. Nice core to restore. Application includes most A, B & C bodies with either a SB or BB and factory A/C. $125 plus shipping.
