I have a fresh, totally rebuilt 1968 340 V-8 engine for sale. Block #DW340P25900476. It was built by Jason Grooms Engines in New Richmond, Ohio & I have all of the paperwork. He is well known for specializing in building quality MOPAR engines. This is not a race engine, but built to perform nicely on the street using pump gas without needing any special attention. Based on the components, it is around 350 hp. It is bored .030 over & is complete from 650 Holley spread bore carb to steel crank to oil pan, 10.5:1 compression, TRW forged pistons, Offenhauser aluminum intake, 2.02 valves on "J" heads, MOPAR electronic ignition+wires, windage tray, '72 exhaust manifolds, MOPAR Purple Cam P4120231, MOPAR starter, wires, most brackets, nice heavy chrome valve covers, thermostat + housing, pulleys........too much to mention. This is nicer & more complete than any crate engine you'll find anywhere. $3,900 takes everything! I will keep a couple of the parts (carb, exhaust, distributor, valve covers) if you don't want them & I will lower the price proportionately.
Shoot, I'll even include the engine cradle.
I'm just outside Cincinnati, Ohio & would prefer you to pick it up, but I will crate & ship it at your expense if you're not up to a road trip..
