I have decided to focus my time and funds to my 64 Barracuda
So up for sale is my 68Valiant
Good solid California Car
a couple of quarter size holes in trunk, an a previous owner floor patch.
20 footer paint job.
front to back, Champion 3 core aluminum radiator
360 engine, I believe stock. A little smoke at startup. Edelbrock AVS2 on 1" adapter on stock manifold. Dougs 453s into summit 2-1/2 exhaust.(needs some finish welding.)
Stock 904 trans. shifts into third at about 38MPH in a cruise mode.
Stock 7-1/4" rear end.
Driver quality Cragars, rears have issues but I have and extra set of 14X6 that go with the car.
rear brakes are fresh
Front brakes are the right stuff disc conversion, with new lines and M/C.
I have the rear seat springs.
Set up for battery in trunk
Headlights are on relays.
Starts right up and drives nice. Manual steering is a little work out at low speed.
I'd like $7500 for the car as is
if you have your own drive train, I can keep the Engine and trans and knock off $2500.
Registered til June 2022
Any trade involved would have to include a 383B engine and or an A-833 4 speed.
