I thought 1970 used regular knobs, 68&69 used the thumbwheels.

Lower based cars without R11 or R12 option received the turn knob radios. Cheers

I know I am not supposed to 'converse' in For Sale threads, but I just want to help. If I were you, @Cubzy, I would test the radio. It should be really easy. I personally would not buy a radio without knowing if it worked for more than a few dollars. If it works, it should sell easily for a decent price. If it doesn't, it really isn't worth much.
