Would someone tell me the difference in the grill surrounds? I know the plastic grill parts are different but was wondering about the metal part that the grills go into and the hood latch assembly bolts to.

think the 69 is kind of beaked, while the 67-8 aren`t . would need matching hood to interchange. I think ?

That makes since... I believe the hood on the 69 interchange with the 73 hood wich is a beak car. So now I have to look for that needle in a haystack or put a 68 grill surrond and a 68 style hood on it... hmmm.. I wonder if that would work?

You would also need to change the header panel also to match the grills and hood.
