In a pinch someone could pull out the studs, drill holes, and chamfer holes to replicate.

This screen might be special too. But that would be hard to spot.

I have at least one speaker screen that is the same as that in post #1. I don't think I've seen one like the one in the eBay listing.

I think the part number is 2837219. Since many of the NOS sellers list by part number, that could help in an internet search. Notice it's called an inlet bezel.
