These are driver quality and complete minus 1 pointed end piece.

I personally removed from my 69 Dart GT but may have also been used on 68 GT 's.
Clips are included. With some massaging they could be brought back to glory.
NOTE: Due to the size they are for pick up ONLY near Poughkeepsie NY.
I will be in Carlisle on July 11&12 and can bring there. Leave with a buddy or FABO tent??? I will also be in Southern Vermont and Glenn's Falls NY in the near future.
