[Found!] 1969 Dart GTS Spare Tire Hold Down Bolt

Looking for the spare tire tie down bolt for a 69 Dart GTS with the 5 1/2" wide wheel (E70-14) The bolt I'm looking for is about 7 1/4" long (see photo which I stole somewhere). I'm looking for a clean, non-rusty bolt which I can get replated......many thanks !

any ranch store should have it....5/16 carrage bolt.......or not..just my 1.5 cents

I have a nice one that looks powder coated or really good black paint with the spin on retainer to hold down the jack base but it is 51/2"

I also have a nice cup that holds down the board covering the spare if needed.
