1969 Dart Swinger Trunk Emblem

block letters, not cursive, upper case:

DODGE

unsure of the length but two mounting pegs not three. the three peg is the hood emblem.

You said it! I've only seen one on EBay, stopped bidding at $200. The emblem sold for 325.00!! For a two dollar piece of pot metal!

Holy crap, mine was broken and a friend gave me a driver quality one for free a couple years ago, I feel blessed. Maybe I should cast it and make a pile of them....ohhh something new to learn...LOL

not a bad idea. I have a friend that's a shop teacher. Offered to cnc me one out of billet if I could get the dimensions. Would you be willing to measure yours, photograph?? maybe we can start a cottage industry.

It.s 6 5/8" X 3/4" X 5/32"
Pins are 5 3/8" OC BUT they are Diagonal.

Could do a tracing of the pin location.

Were these only used on the base model? Do they interchange with any other years or any other models in '69?
