1969 Plymouth Roadrunner

All original and complete
Purchased from the original owner in Robinson, IL in 2006
383 - original, looks untouched, runs, 95,350 original miles
4 speed - original, shifts fine
8 3/4 rear end - 3.23 sure grip
Air Grabber hood - complete, fiberglass pieces are in good shape
Dash - needs redone, has in-dash tachometer, 120 mph speedometer
Originally R4 red with black bench seat interior
Window sticker, build sheet, and fender tag included and in good shape

This car is very complete but will need quite a bit of restoration and sheet metal work. It needs new fenders, quarters, floor pans, trunk pan, rockers, at least one torsion bar mount, and both rear leafspring mounts. All of these parts are available aftermarket (someplace like AMD).

Please PM for more info. I know this would be better suited for the FBBO site, but I do not have an account over there.

Car is also listed on St. Louis and Indianapolis craigslist.

Located in Effingham, IL.

Not many original Mopars left out there.

$9,000 or best offer

$8,500. Will negotiate with a FABO or FBBO member. Looking for a good Mopar home.

The original owner never had a garage to put it in so it was in his gravel driveway from 1968 until 2006 when I bought it. It's been in a barn since then.

Rough old car but they're not making them anymore and original Mopars in general are getting scarce. All new sheetmetal is readily available from Auto Metal Direct.

Still open to offers.

Was there a fender tag for this car?
Is there a build sheet?

Are all the frame rails as bad as the one pictured?
Are there more pictures available?
Do you have an add for it on CL?

There is a fender tag, build sheet, and window sticker for the car, all right out of the original owner's hands. I think I have a few other misc documents for the car as well. Copy of the original title, owner's manual, etc.

The rear frame rails are the worst. Torsion bar mounts aren't too bad but might need replaced. I haven't looked at them all that closely.

I can get more pictures if there are detailed shots that someone needs.

There is an ad on Chicago, Indy, and St. Louis craigslist.
