70 Dart .. 440 E code. Mopar 727 with kit and manual valve body ..8 3/4, 3:91 sure-grip rear end, drum brake car with P/S.. The car IS quick. The body is excellent, originally from Texas with original panels. Trunk, floors and rails in great shape. Bumpers in very good shape, rear from '71. The interior is also in very good condition. The car is yellow with new black vinyl top, black bucket seats, with Dart console. Has after market gauges. Has black Dart trunk spoiler. All glass in good condition and tinted. Black, fiberglass lift off hood, with 4" Mopar hood scoop. American racing rims with very good rubber. Full exhaust. All lights work, fuel gauge working, with new tank and sending unit. The engine bay looks very good, painted body color. The black stripe on the side is a decal, not paint, it can be removed.
I bought this last year, then I had an accident with my Chevelle, a deer, and a concrete road divider. Haven't driven it much, but it runs well. Recovery is still in progress. At 75, parts don't repair quickly, and it seems I'm done working on my cars, (also selling my 355 1999 Chevy S-10). Solid car, or I wouldn't be advertising it here. $23K or bo. Car is near Buffalo NY.
NEEDS : I would count on getting a different shifter. It works well enough, but if you're going to step on it hard, and shift, you would want an aftermarket shifter. The carb is a 650, I would get a 750 or larger. The carpet has a hole passenger side (?) . Two small chips in the windshield, rear windows go down very hard, would have to check regulators. About it. Thanks for looking.
