1970 Dodge Dart Swinger Horn Button Questions

Hi all, I have a 1970 Dart Swinger with this rim blow steering wheel in the image attached. I was wondering if I have all the components for it, how it works, or if this is even the right center for this steering wheel. Not sure if there’s a spring or something that I’m missing, I’m not familiar at all with these horns.

That's not a rim blow. This is a 70 Dart Rim Blow. (the one on the right)

Oh ok, thank you. I've checked some listing of wheels similar in shape and style to mine and if I'm not mistaken it looks like the correct center is most likely the middle one, code S79.
