1970 duster bracket help

Hi I took my duster down to the shell for resto and marked almost everything . now 70 % back together
but can't remember were under the car i took this bracket off.
if you know please let me know Thanks

what options does the car have?
guessing something for the A/C?
bolt size 5/16"?

looks like a clamp that might hold 2 lines together

I was thinking trans cooler lines but those are sheetmetal with twisted tabs that hold the line. or is there one past the starter that has this piece bolted together.

it a 340 4 speed no ac . no sure if it hold brake cables or rear fuel lines by tank
