That does not look like a 70 harness. 70 has the headlights harness and engine harness all tied together as one harness, two bulk connectors.

Can it be used on a 1970 ? Or will it definitely not work? I have not even looked at mine other than knowing it has many missing and cut wires.

It might work, I really never looked at every wire if they are the same. Need someone with a 70 and 71 book to compare
