I am restoring my 1970 Swinger 340 and need the correct 1970 only steering column. However, I don't know what the reverse lockout looks like. Does anyone have a picture of what the linkage on the column looks like? I assume the column is the same between floor shift auto and 4spd.

I am going to Carlisle, so I would like to know what I am looking for!

Thanks for any help.

Hmmmm, I guess these columns must be rare! Hopefully I can find something at Carlisle.

Brewer's has some of the linkage, but not column's.

This should help

Another Note:
The manual steering column is longer than the power steering column
I'm not sure how much but there is an extension shaft available
