I just have a question.. Are the fuel tanks the same on a 1970 and 1971 Duster.. if not, what are the differences?

It is not N95..

1971 tanks have added features for emissions that 1970 tanks do not have.

It is not an A-body tank, but the illustration still shows the new features for '71 tanks.
