1970 Plymouth Duster slant six for sale.
The good: the car runs and drives rebuilt motor and trans the motor is a 225 slant six (I believe it’s the original engine) bored .30 over, 2 barrel intake with a Carter bbd 2 barrel, long tube headers, high torque starter, hei ignition, ported and polished head new radiator, new drum brakes, new rear wiring lights wiring harness, 904 automatic transmission, new gas tank. The car also comes with a new rear seat I just got completely redone with new foam and black vinyl the front seat is a bench seat in good shape I dyed black, new weatherstripping for the doors windows and trunk not installed, spaces with a ford bolt pattern, black door panels front and back in decent shape, new brake light switch not installed (the one in the car works but needs adjusted), waterproof car cover, rebuild kit for wiper pivots, I also have a stock exhaust manifold. I’m sure I have some other little stuff for the car. The car runs and drives great but could use a tune up, the mechanical side of things was completely overhauled. the only thing it needs is the rest of the interior and some body work and a paint job ( I was going to leave it a rat rod)
The bad: The car has a hole a little bigger then my hand in the transmission tunnel (not a rust hole) I have a piece of aluminum riveted over it right now so I could drive it without the air coming in, there is also two small rust wholes about the size of a quarter in the lower rear drivers side quarter panel (the only rust on the car except surface rust), the gauges do not work and sometimes when u turn the key it doesn’t get power (I’m not sure why I’m assuming it needs a new ignition but I could be wrong I’m not too knowledgeable about wiring) it also needs a new windshield (all the other glass is intact and in good shape).
All in all it’s a great car that u can leave as is or drive it while restoring it. I wish I could keep it but I’m only 20y/o And I just bought a charger rt and would like to put some money into that and I’m out of space to put stuff I’m asking $7500, I’m located in central pa. if u want to come see it or have any questions u can send me a message.
