1970 x head 340 and matching 727 transmission. 11-xx-69 casting number, for an early 70 car i suppose. i have the VIN and the broadcast sheet from the donor car (70 dart 340).
matching engine and trans
block is 40 over and crank is 10 under on rods and mains. -- at the machine shop now getting boil, clean up hone, new cam bearings and what ever else they recommend.
Rods are stock 340, bushed, with the oilers and KB hypereutectic pistons-- LOW run time. they look new.
comes with matching X heads, oil pan, timing cover and some other odds and ends.
727 is supposedly rebuilt but i never ran it. fluid is clean.
$3500 or best offer for everything. located 11729 NY. this is ideal for someone looking to restore a car and wants a motor close to their build date.
