1970ish duster hood

There is a guy locally who has a 1970ish duster hood that he told me to make an offer on to buy it. It is in good shape no visible dents but has been weathered a bit but no rust. I havent been able to find anything online to compare it to and i hate picking a random number out of the air. Could anyone give me an estimate of what it is worth or what i should offer him for it?

70-72 $150 at the most. 73 up $100 at the most. But if you need one and he is local, there is that supply and demand thing.
