1971 Dart door panel removal

Does anyone have the procedure for removing the door panels? My door handles stopped working on the outside so I've been reaching in through the vent window to open the doors for almost a year. I think it's time I fixed the handles...

Remove inside door handle, Remove arm rest and base, remove window crank. Then you need to use a trim tool that goes around the clips on the back side of the door panel. You can use a metal putty knife but you have a better chance of tearing the clips out of the back of the door panel. Just have to locate the clips on back and pry the clips out of the door frame.

I tried googling and even the factory shop manual doesn't say. Are they all around the edges?

Should be. I think there is about 8 of them on bottom edge and 3 up each side. The top I believe doesn't have any.
