Our Father started a resto-mod on the Dart years ago. Unfortunately, he passed away before he could finish it. It is roughly 75% completed. This car is part of an estate.

What we currently know about the car -

The car was a slant 6. There is a newly rebuilt 383 - 30 over with high flow heads. There is a 727-B trans with column shift. The motor has been installed using a k-frame modifier and Schumacher motor mounts. The engine has a set of TTI headers coated Black. There is a complete 3" mandrel bent exhaust system (not installed). There is an 8 3/4" rear, not sure yet if it is 3:23 or 3:55. The Dart has front and rear anti-sway bars, frame stiffeners and traction bars. The control arms for the front wheels have been upgraded to handle the weight of the big block and 10" drums all way round. The all Black interior is installed and complete. The car comes with almost every part needed to complete the resto. The car still needs paint and minor body work. It was trim prepped for Top Banana Yellow.

It would be helpful to list all the work needed to completely assemble the car.

For example, mechanical systems requiring assembly and/or installation:

Exhaust - headers coated and installed - all remaining exhaust needs install.
Brakes - Front brakes, master cylinder, brake lines all need install
Driveline - tranny cross member/driveshaft needs install

Etc....

Also describe what body work is required before prep and paint.

All of the above gives prospective buyers a good idea what is required to complete the car to driver status - both mechanically and appearance wise.

I'm interested...... but not at that price...would have to be lower. from what i see still missing little stuff.. which turns into $$ once added up.. but still a good start
