Hello everybody, I have only been on here a short while, but have noticed that there are a lot of friendly and knowledgeable people here, and willing to listen and help. With that said, I have found out recently that I have to have surgery, and to help with medical bills I have to sell my Dodge Demon and the engine I bought for it. I will tell you as much as I know about both, and if you have any questions, pm me and I will answer as quickly as I can. First of all, the engine is a 1973 date coded 340 that I bought here locally. It turns over, and is complete from air cleaner to pan, but when I bought it, the r/h valve cover was missing and one of the exhaust manifolds....why I don't know, so don't ask lol. I have the compressor, brackets, alt, and carb for it, and aftermarket Eldelbrock. I will include as many pics as I can. I also have a 727 Torqueflite out of a 1973 Cuda. I want $2000.00 obo for the engine and transmission, and $3900 for the Demon. Now, I know this Demon is not a rare car, but it has a very nice body for a 43 yr old car. The pans and frame rails are all solid, with only surface corrosion. The trunk floor is completely solid, the only repair that is needed is to patch/replace the spare tire well. It is a factory A/C car, and the transmission was just completely rebuilt and resealed. The fender tag reads as follows from top to bottom 1st line: V5X END 2nd line: GW3 U A04 G33 H51 R11 3rd line: GW3 M1B7 GB7 928 147243 4th/last line: E24 D31 LL29C1E110748. The car starts and runs, brakes are good, but has an exhaust leak I believe at manifold. If everything is purchased together, I will consider a negotiated discount. The only issue being shipment of course. I have a clear California title for the car.
