this car was restored of it's rusted areas , new trunk floor and lower quarters , drivers side floor , glass front fenders . repainted with ppg b3 blue met (no clear coat or scuf 'n buff ) , rear wing in same blue . 340 strips down side stripes with a blacked out hood . the 340 is bored .06 over , steel crank .01 rods and mains , reworked rods , new hyper tech pistons with floating pins , chrome top rings , custom ground hyd cam for street driving , adjustable rockers , new fuel pump and fuel tank cleaned and sealed and custom mounting flip gas cap with a key locking plug and new stainless steel 3/8's fuel line , ld340 intake power coated clear , tq carter rebuilt , chrysler dizzy , mallory coil , with mopar performance rocker covers and air cleaner , after marker a/c with custom built radiator n shroud and catch tank , stock 340 exhaust . custom diaphragm clutch assembly on stock 340 flywheel , rebuilt factory a833 a body 4 speed tranny , rebuilt driveline with a 8 3/4 a body rear end with 3.23 open carrier , sst front disc brakes with vac power booster , shark tooth grille , custom re-chromed bumpers . factory type exhaust rips , restored interior , rims are u.s. indy's 14x6 on the nose and 14x8's on the rear tires are bfg's 215/70 n 245/60's , ect......... man i can only say this about this car , very nice driver . this car is as close to show as a driver can be . now it's been just sitting in a storage state , dead battery and dirty with a dead tire on the rear . more pics on request . asking $40,000 for it , located in san moteo , calif . i'm pomonamissel here on this site and i did the resto to this duster for my friend jim , who owns this car , but has asked me to sell for him . i'm not a third party trying to screw over any one , but jim has way more invested in this car then he's asking for it . as all you know what it cost to build a nice driver . this car gets a thumbs up every time it's out in public .

if this car had some of the new trick suspension and tires and rims , and some tti exhaust and maybe a few other ideas thrown into it . it would be a great driver . but it's not bad as the stock driver now . just think what it costs to get a car to this state , 40k sounds like a lot , but ad up what's done already .
 
i should add that the frame has been modified with car tool kit and a custom clutch setup with a shatter shield bell housing and the drivers side floor replacement
