1971 Duster Lower Radiator Support Measurements

Looking for a few measurements if anyone has them available or can assist. I'm in the process of replacing the lower radiator support with an AMD piece, I noticed that spacing between the rad support and the frame horn on driver side was wider than on the passenger side. Trying to see if I need to push/pull the horns out/in. So looking for the measurement between the top of the horns side to side and the lower portion side to side.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

On a 67 dart.

I get 26 3/8 outside to outside at the top

And

26 3/8 outside to outside at the bottom.

My 1971 Duster... don't believe it has ever been hit. Drivers side is definitely wider than passenger side. Measures 26 1/4" looking at the tape straight on.

Thank you @Oldmanmopar I appreciate it. @Dana67Dart I'm going to have to look at mine again. @glenn340 Thank you for that picture on yours. I will have to test fit my new AMD piece again and check measurements again. I ground down the areas where the spot welds were and will mock it up again.
 
Managed to do some quick measuring. The top of the frame horn comes in right at 34 5/8 while the bottom is at about 34 5/16.
 
Hold the top using a metal brace . Then spread the bottom with a porta-power and weld.

Do this with a straight K-member bolted in place so your only spreading from the K'member front. Be sure your rails are not being pulled together with a bent K-member. .

Important to check the width the K-member bolt holes rail to rail using the measurements on the sheet I posted. It should be
32 1/8 inches center to center
 
@Oldmanmopar Thanks for that info, the k-member should be good and straight (or so I hope) as I switched from the original /6 to v8 member that bolted up nice and straight without issue. I'll take that measurement though to be on the safe side.
 
For many years I was measuring these cars and it took time. My son built a fixture and now we can set a car on to check them or build a body from the rails up as pictured. Found many crooked cars that were never damaged when they were set on this fixture he made. We found some cars were built crooked.
Once the car is set on, There are legs to bolt where the bumpers fit. If they are bolt in place the car is straight. The front bumper legs are thick steel and when bolted fast they straighten the frames if they lean as yours are
